Correct preparation is everything: proper tanking and tile backer boards behind the tiles, falls set correctly to the waste, and first-fix plumbing and electrics done before a single tile goes on. From strip-out to finishing touches
Strip-out and preparation. We carefully remove the old suite, tiles and fittings, clear the room and prepare the walls, floor and services ready for the new layout.
First-fix plumbing & electrics. Pipework, drainage, falls to the waste, and any extractor fan, lighting or shaver points — all set out before the walls are closed up.
Waterproofing done right. Tanking and tile backer boards in the wet areas so moisture stays where it should and your tiling has a sound, stable base.
Tiling. Walls and floors tiled to a high standard, neatly cut around windows, niches and fittings.
Second fix & finishing. Shower, screen, sanitaryware, taps and accessories fitted, sealed and tested — then the room cleaned and handed over ready to use.

Bathroom installation FAQs
Do you supply the bathroom, or just fit it?
Either. We can fit a suite you've already bought, or help you choose and supply everything — trays, screens, sanitaryware, tiles and fittings — so it all arrives together and works as one design. We'll talk through the options at survey and put it in a clear written quote.
How long does a bathroom take?
Most full bathroom and shower-room installs take around one to two weeks on site, depending on the size of the room, the amount of tiling and whether the layout is changing. We'll give you a realistic timescale with your quote and keep you updated as the job progresses.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrics too?
Yes. Because we're registered heating and plumbing engineers, the plumbing is all in-house, and we take care of the bathroom electrics — extractor fans, lighting and shaver points — as part of the job, all certified correctly.
