Are you Gas Safe and OFTEC registered?
Yes — we're Gas Safe registered (gas) and OFTEC registered (oil), a Worcester Bosch Gold Accredited Installer since 2003, and members of CIPHE and the Guild of Master Heat Engineers.
How much does a new boiler cost?
It depends on your home and the boiler you choose, so we give a clear, no-obligation quote after a quick look. Worcester Bosch warranties run up to 10 years (gas) / 7 years (oil), and finance is available to spread the cost.
Do you install air source heat pumps?
Yes — we're a Heat Geek partner and a Guild of Master Heat Engineers approved installer, fitting the Vaillant aroTHERM range. The £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant is available on qualifying installations.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes. For heating breakdowns and urgent issues, call us on 01494 328382 (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm) and we'll prioritise getting an engineer to you.
